Privacy Policy

Construction Manager + ("the app," "we," "us") is a jobsite and construction project management tool. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how you can control it. We do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
• Project content — the schedules, tasks, daily reports, notes, chat messages, and files (photos, videos, PDFs) you and your team add to your projects.
• Location — only if you use a feature that requests it; the app asks for permission first, and you can decline.
• Notifications — a device push token, only if you enable notifications, so we can deliver alerts about your projects.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as request time and error information) used to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

• To provide the app: store your projects, sync your team, and deliver your files.
• To send notifications you have enabled (assignments, messages, reminders).
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
• To manage subscriptions (see "Payments" below).

Sharing your team's data

Projects are shared only with the people you invite to them (managers, subcontractors, or the homeowner). Each person sees only what their role allows. We do not share your project content with anyone else.

Service providers

• Cloudflare hosts the app and stores your data and files.
• Apple processes subscription payments through the App Store.
• RevenueCat helps us manage subscription status. It receives a random account identifier and your subscription state — not your project content.

Payments

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. We never see or store your payment card details. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete a project (which removes its files) at any time, or delete your entire account, which removes your personal information and the projects you own. To request deletion, use the in-app option or email us at the address below.

Children

The app is intended for professional use and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
